MLS® data is just one important component of what we offer

If potential home buyers and sellers want to freely access MLS® data, they only have to visit www.realtor.ca and there it all is - freely and publicly available.

Logins, passwords and approvals aren’t required. All that is required is access to a computer or handheld device and the internet.

But what some buyers and sellers don’t understand is that open access to the MLS® doesn’t equal the services provided by a professional REALTOR®, anymore than free access to case law available through the Canlii database equals the services of a professional lawyer.

We’re experts – and we need to focus on letting everyone know about our expertise.
